Can detergents be used to clean the robot or its components?
"No detergents must be used when cleaning the robot. Some of its components may be washed using water, while others may only be wiped with a dry cloth. For more information, please see the user’s manual."
How can I use my product more efficiently?
Where should the robot’s charging station be positioned?
"The charging station should be positioned next to a wall, on a flat surface, at a location that can be easily reached by the robot. The location must be free of any obstacles, such as rugs and carpets. Leave at least 1.5 m of free space on both sides of the station and at least 2 meters of free space in front of the station. If the station is positioned in a corner or at a location that is difficult to access, the robot will not be able to reach it. The cord of the charging station should be routed along the wall. For more information, please see the user’s manual."
May the charging station be left plugged in?
The charging station should be plugged in to a power outlet at all times (the automatic recharging station will not be activated if the charging station is not plugged in).
Can the robot detect stairs? Is it protected against falling down the stairs?
Yes, the robot is equipped with sensors detecting stairs and gaps. Nevertheless, the sensors may not be sufficiently effective in some situations. Their operation is impacted by curved stair edges, rugs placed next to staircases, slippery surfaces and other obstacles.
Should the room be prepared in any way before activating the robot?
Before activating the vacuuming robot you should make sure that the floor is free from any obstacles, such as power cords, clothes or other potentially dangerous objects that may damage the robot or cause other unwelcome events.
Can the robot be charged with the main power switch in the off position?
Yes, the robot may be charged in the charging station even with its power switch in the off position.
